When the Cardinals football team left St. Louis for Arizona, and before the Rams came to town, we considered purchasing the Miami Dolphins and moving them to the city. In our haste to prepare for the transfer of ownership, we built a new team practice facility before the sale was completed. We then lost out on the Dolphins to a last minute silent auction bid and therefore, we have 100,000-square-feet of warehouse facilities and storage space. This means we keep more raw materials and finish goods on-hand, allowing us to fulfill jobs needing fast turnarounds.
