LET'S BUILD SOMETHING TOGETHER...
Patrick Conners
President
Work: (314) 679-1350
Mobile: (314) 809-9499
The virile Patrick Conners’ favorite job was the summer he was the official scorekeeper and knuckle rumbler for the Class-A Lakeland Tigers. Some 70 home games, hot and humid Florida nights, cold Colt 45 after the last out, and an affair with a lonely, mysterious woman named Annie Savoy. Indeed, life was good. But alas, he wasn’t smart enough to maintain that lifestyle, and subsequently his career has taken him through a variety of massive manufacturing plants. None, however, have been quite as artistic as Stout Industries.
“We execute the vision of the most creative minds in the advertising and marketing world, and we love every sign we print,” Pat says from his palatial office in the Stout men’s room.
When not yelling at employees for their lack of attention to detail or poor golf scores, Pat coaches youth sports with an iron fist, slow-cooks cheap meat, holds short conversations with his daughters, and competes for the title, “The Least Interesting Man in the World.”

Len Ball
Vice President, Imaging Sales
Work: (314) 679-1302
Mobile: (314) 324-5158
An industrial engineer by training, Len Ball joined Stout Industries in November of 1989 as vice president, Manufacturing & Engineering, directing efforts to increase plant efficiency, improve inventory storage systems, and streamline shipping processes. Noting his rugged good looks, he later moved into Sales & Marketing to develop new products, markets, and restroom freshness strategies. Len now focuses on working with multi-locale retailers looking to upgrade interior and exterior appearance to increase revenue.
He previously served as plant manager for Barry-Wehmiller and worked for McDonnell Douglas, where he developed and implemented standards and processes to manufacture components for the C-17 program.
Len brings a proven track record of leadership, accomplishment, and hard work when not calling in sick to go to a St. Louis Cardinals game, play golf, dance, or travel.

Raised in the swift currents of the Gasconade River in southern Missouri, Paul Mullen learned to hunt with a wooden stick and a heart of gold. Running quickly through the rocky waters as a young boy, Paul gained incredible balance and confidence. His first lunker bass was caught at age two using only his wits, great lungs and superior deep diving skills. Paul managed to make himself a folk legend at the age of 14 where he saved some beautiful female campers from a band of angry Sasquatch. After graduating from Webster University, he moved into the world of computer game graphics where he spent most of his time in front of a screen wishing he was a dragon.
Creative, fun and somewhat bizarre, Paul loves to see the finished product of a spectacular metal sign and the happy reaction he gets from his customers. He enjoys the process of helping a customer create the sign they want and find ways to make that happen.
He also loves to bbq and hopes that one day he can open his own place called “Sasquatch’s BBQ Cave” and maybe meet the women he saved years before.

Stan Guy
National Sales Manager, Imaging Sales
National Sales Manager, Imaging Sales
Office: (314) 679-1319
Stan Guy has always been the Roy Rogers type -- protecting the innocent, putting bad guys in jail with an uncanny ability to leap large buildings in a single bound. He learned the art of sales leadership as a boy, playing sports in the sandlot and arguing theology for the sake of debate in his church.
He still makes time for his passions – playing golf with friends, teaching Sunday school, debating with theologians – but he brings his lifelong energy to closing the sale, working with clients, and takes great pride in the satisfaction of his clients when delivering a quality imaging product.
Eric Francosky
New Product Development Manager
Office: (314) 679-1384
Mobile: (314) 503-0045
Born with racing fuel in his veins, Eric Francosky learned early on that going fast was a part of who he is. From dirt bikes to quads to motorcycles and a race car that’s won him titles, trophies, and free canned meat – he likes to go fast.
A graduate of the University of Missouri-St. Louis (B.S., Economics), Eric is committed to client satisfaction and enjoys building lasting relationships. And while passionate about his work, clients who have dared to discuss anything turned on with a key have been forced to free up time to talk engines and racing.
When Eric is not turning wrenches or on a race track, he loves to work on his house or hang out poolside with BBQ on the grill.
Don Martin
Sales Manager
Office: (314) 679-1396
Mobile: (314) 604-0140

Don Martin was born, raised, and educated in the Land of Lincoln – Southern Illinois. A married father of one daughter, his youthful passion for hockey and baseball has, with age and a few pounds, evolved into card collecting and writing a racing column – which has lead to introductions to NASCAR racers Tony Stewart and Kasey Kahne.
And when not watching his beloved St. Louis Cardinals or his daughter’s soccer games, Don’s at Stout, where he’s done just about everything at one time or another. That’s why he loves his work. From working with company presidents to ad agency directors to purchasing managers – Don understands he must always understand their business and build relationships and partnerships his customers can depend on.
Irving Satchelfoot
Director, Primate Relations
An Aries, Irv was born in the jungles of suburban Delaware in 1964, and before hitting the big time on ABC’s “Link” and as a guest fill-in host for Bob Barker on “The Price Is Right,” he worked as a shepherd in southeastern Missouri.
Now a veteran of more than 35 years with Stout, Irv’s free time is spent with his wife, Julia, and heckling larger primates at the St. Louis Zoo.
