Mike’s career runs the gamut from printing to construction management, from large company to small start-up, from production management to sales management. The common link in all of these experiences is Mike’s unbridled ambition to make sure the job gets done right and on time. That’s why Mike has proven to be such a successful Stout Imaging Sales Manager – he has walked in the customer’s shoes, and he wants that customer to be well-served.
A former college baseball player and prominent youth league coach, Mike remains an avid sports enthusiast and still releases some competitive energy on the local bowling circuit. Ask him about his near-miss 300, and he might respond, “Which one?”

An Industrial Engineer by education and training, Len brings the ideal technical background to help get your new Imaging program off the ground. He’s been on the sales side of Stout equation for almost 20 years now, so his experience is not only appreciated, it’s been a key part of Stout’s success over that time period.
When he’s not selling Imaging systems or helping customers tweak their prototypes, Len can be found on the golf course, which is his backyard, or inside Busch Stadium rooting on the 11-time, World Champion St. Louis Cardinals.

As a former graphic artist, Paul has the creative mind and the computer skills that have helped many of his customers conceptualize their POS before they’ve committed to a specific marketing campaign. “I’m a planter of seeds,” Paul said. “I like proposing new ideas and seeing those come to life.” Such skills have made Paul a great teammate for his fellow salesman.
A lifelong St. Louisian, Paul enjoys all things Cardinals, Mizzou Tigers, thin pizza and weekend fishing trips on beautiful Ozark Mountain streams.

Will Newman is our production artist. Born and raised in Colorado, he attended Colorado Tech for graphic arts as well as print-making and earned a degree in Visual Communication. Will has been in the sign and graphics business for 5 years. In his free time he runs a small skateboard company called King Friday.

When it comes to the POS industry, few sales people have the depth and length of experience as Don Martin. In addition to stints selling other substrates for other POS providers, Don cut his teeth on the Stout production floor before we realized he was a sales natural. Since then he’s helped manage some of the largest metal POS programs in the industry.
An avid Blues hockey fan, Don somehow manages to live a relatively tranquil life on the Illinois side of the river with his wife and daughter, who are both Blackhawks fans. Don golfs, writes a part-time motorsports column, and will soon be coaching his daughter’s field hockey team.

Kyle Carpenter grew up in Lincoln, Nebraska and moved to Denver in 1997 to earn his degree in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Colorado. As the leader of our Graphics Department Kyle brings 10 years of experience in graphics, printing and the sign business.
When he isn’t designing signs or point of sale material Kyle enjoys seeing live music with his wife Clara. Kyle also enjoys creating fine art from his home studio. He loves pushing the boundaries with vibrant geometrics, abstract expressionism and color field paintings. You can see his work at www.kcarpenterart.com.

Jim Gunderson is a co-owner and our lead creative on the manufacturing team. He brings almost twenty years of experience in building signage and promotional items. He is well versed in all of our capabilities and knows how to bring your image to 3-D.
When he isn’t working with our customers to help build their image he can be found at the track racing one of his cars, rebuilding an old car, or hanging out with his twin boys and his wife Jody.

Bill Gunderson is a co-owner and our self-proclaimed point of sale expert. Bill has been in the sign business for 15 years and before that he spent 10 years in the consumer products business working on point of sale programs. From his home in Boulder, Colorado (an area filled with great beer) Bill leads the charge building our portfolio of work with the craft brewers as well as developing new point of sale ideas for all our customers.
Bill enjoys skiing and hiking with his family. Occasionally you can also find him prospecting amongst the abandoned mines in the mountains above Boulder.
